Everything you need to know about your stay at Hotel Bergerhof
Room Amenities
Our rooms are equipped with bath or shower, hairdryer, WC, telephone and some with a balcony. For a restful night's sleep, every room features a small Swiss stone pine pillow. The suite and one single room also have a bathtub.
All rooms include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and complimentary Wi-Fi.
A ski boot drying room with heated boot racks is available to all guests in the entrance area, in both winter and summer.
Check-in & Check-out
Your room is available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 am. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us, change and start enjoying your first day of holiday in Vorarlberg.
For short stays, we cannot guarantee a specific room category.
Non-Smoking Policy
Hotel Bergerhof is a non-smoking property. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking in the rooms.

Half Board
For stays of 3 nights or more, a 4-course dinner menu can be added for the entire duration of your stay upon request.
Tourism Tax
The local tourism tax for the municipality of Bartholomaeberg is EUR 2.30 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over.

Food Allergies or Intolerances
Please let us know about any food allergies or intolerances when making your reservation, or at the latest upon arrival. We will of course do our best to accommodate your dietary requirements.
Internet / Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The access code can be obtained at the reception desk.
Holidays with Your Dog
To ensure all guests, with or without a dog, feel comfortable during their stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:
- Leash requirement: Please keep your dog on a short leash at all times throughout the hotel grounds and public areas.
- Room hygiene: Beds, sofas and armchairs are reserved exclusively for our two-legged guests. Please bring a dog blanket or your own pet bed.
- Food storage: To avoid odours and pests, please store dog food only in tightly sealed containers.
- Restaurant: Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome in the restaurant.
- Cleaning: When your dog is in the room, please place the information sign on the door so our housekeeping team is informed.
- Dog walks: Please use areas away from the hotel grounds for walks and dispose of any waste promptly in the bins provided.
- Liability: The owner is liable for any damage or excessive soiling caused by their pet.

Booking / Confirmation
Upon receiving your booking, we require a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival date and should be transferred to our bank account.

You will receive a confirmation once the deposit has been received. Please note that failure to pay the deposit does not constitute a cancellation.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations received 13 to 8 days before arrival will be charged 30 % of the booking amount. In case of no-show, 100 % will be charged. For early departure, the remaining days will be invoiced.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
